Activities

Activities are records of actual work done against a case. This is where you log the help you have provided, the workshops attended, the referrals made - whatever your organisation does, this is where you record it.

You can set up as many different types of activities as you like, and they can go from very simple "case notes", with just a text area and a date, to a complex set of fields documenting some legal procedure that you have gone through with the client.

You can decide which activities are available to record against which cases, too - for example, an emergency handout could be an activity that you can log against a homelessness case but may not be appropriate for a legal advice case.
